On Thursday, November 29, participants had the opportunity to participate in ICI’s ongoing webinar series focused on recent activities of ICI’s Broker/Dealer and Bank, Trust, and Retirement Advisory Committees. Committee members provided updates on key initiatives related to back-office operations and mutual fund distribution. Webinar participants also learned about committee efforts to improve customer portability through increased transfer efficiency and emerging opportunities to improve timely information sharing between counterparties.
