Anti-Zionist at Swarthmore
Over 100 students packed the house last night to hear and cheer the "Anti-Racist Activist" Tim Wise make the case that Israel is a racist state.  He explained to the audience how Israel was founded by anti-Semitic, Nazi collaborating, child-killers, quoting early Zionists, completely out of context, to make the point.  According to Wise, the Jewish State is completely illegitimate.  He doesn't support using terror against Israel, but he understands it.  Wise received a great applause at the end, just short of a standing ovation.  Wise was brought in by the student groups Jews Against the Occupation and Students Against the Occupation.  The President's office paid most of Wise's $3000 speaking fee.  To learn more about Wise, read "Reflections on Zionism from a Dissident Jew" and "Israeli Repression and the Language of Liars."
